Laurelhill’s latest musical theatre production is the smash hit sequel “High School Musical 2 On Stage!” It was in 1979, 30 years ago, that the first production was staged at Laurelhill. There has been great excitement surrounding this year’s production especially after the success of “High School Musical” in 2007. Some of our original cast members return to their roles as Troy Bolton, Ryan Evans and Taylor McKessie.

“We’re all in this together!” ……again! High School Musical 2 follows Troy, Gabriella and the rest of the Wildcats out of their familiar East High safety net into the unfamiliar jungle of Lava Springs Country Club.

This is where Sharpay is queen and the “future” threatens to pull the high school friends apart. In the end, the Wildcats work together, learn something about themselves and help each other grow up.

This is a fun, fast paced stage musical that will have you rocking in the aisles!
